The Centre is embarking upon a joint venture with the Gambone Development Company of East Noristown, PA, and the plans are to develop a portion of the land surrounding the Spirituality Centre and Museum.

Many of you are familiar with the preliminary plan currently on display at the Centre, which has been designed to create an Italian style village atmosphere. The plans include residences and a retail center with a hotel and dining facilities to serve the visitors to the Centre as well as the local community.

The preliminary plan has been enthusiastically received by both our local community and all who have seen it; many have already signed up to receive further information. It is now time to move to the next step in the design phase: we need further input from you, the devotees of St. Pio. Having mentioned that the plan anticipates apartments for rent and condominium units for sale as well as retail space to complete the village, we need your help with answering the some survey questions. After completing the questions, feel free to include any suggestions they may not been covered. You need not include your name on the survey; we are only interested in your input and candid immediate response. For your convenience you can fill out the survey on our web site or download a survey to complete and return to us by mail.

The Padre Pio village project is very exciting and, with your help and input, it will become a reality sooner than later.

Thank you for you continued help and support. We look forward to receiving your replies and creating the beautiful, peaceful and successful village that will be worthy of bearing the name of Padre Pio.
