In this Jubilee Year, let us take time to reflect on the theological virtue of hope. Using the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the second encyclical of Pope Benedict XVI, we will consider how we can advance in this virtue and practice it in our everyday lives. The format of the reflection session includes recitation of the Rosary, fellowship, complimentary coffee and pastries, and discussion. There is no cost to attend, but registration is suggested by contacting: angela@padrepio.org. Participants are encouraged to prepare for this session by reading #1812 to #1829 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Pope Benedict’s encyclical letter, “Spe Salvi” (“Saved in Hope”).
